CUBIS Industries is an operating division of Northstone (NI) Ltd. Headquartered in Belfast.

Northstone is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dublin-based company CRH plc., the multinational building materials group. CRH employs over 93,500 people in 35 countries worldwide and has a current market capitalisation of £12 billion.

Farrans Construction, a building and civil engineering contractor, is also part of the Northstone group. Headquartered in Belfast, the company operates throughout the UK and Ireland and its turnover in 2009 was £200m.

The group is completed by Northstone Materials, the leading supplier in Northern Ireland of quality quarry products, ready mixed concrete, mortar, concrete products, roof tiles and sand as well as road and roofing contract services.
