CUBIS' energy management accredited to ISO 50001
CUBIS Industries energy management policy has been accredited to ISO 50001, the new international standard.
The system was created in a joint venture with our sister company Northstone Materials and ensures continual improvement of energy performance, including energy efficiency, energy security, energy use and consumption.
The 50001 standard was created by the International Standards Organisation in 2011. CUBIS is thought to be the first plastics manufacturer in the UK to be accredited and the wider Northstone group is the first UK Construction company with the standard.
The CUBIS project has been lead by our energy champions; Joe Brankin, Michael Donlon and Charlie Gibson.
